Mailbox Announcer Kit with 8 melodies

The kit consists of three separate units:
- Mailbox Announcer unit (receiver).
- Push button at the front door.
- Mailbox switch unit (transmitter).
These units are completely self-contained and no wiring between them is necessary.

When the mailbox opener/flap is opened, the Mailbox Switch activates the transmitter, the LED indicator lights up during wireless signal transmission for 1 second, and the Mailboy Announcer unit sounds, as well as the "You got mail" indicator lights up. The sound will stop as soon as the melody ends. The "You got mail" indicator will stays on until the override button is pressed to reset the unit.
Important: Always reset the Announcer unit after activation, then it is ready for the next operation.

Since the operating range is up to 50 metres (165 ft. approx. in open field), you can mount or take the Mailbox Announcer virtually anywhere in the home. However, the transmission range of the wireless signal will be reduced if the signal is transmitted through a number of walls or ceilings. Metal and UPVC doorframes will also reduce the operating range.
